Sludge drying description

When sludge is dried, and the wet air enters the dehumidification heat pump system, and is cooled by cooling in this way, the wet air temperature is lower than the dew point, and the water vapor can be condensed and discharged to the sewage pipeline in the plant area. Through the condenser, the air after "dehydration" is heated to hot dry air, which is sent to the network belt drying system to continue drying the sludge. 

In the whole process, the air is recycled, so no tail gas is generated.The system can reduce the moisture content of sludge to less than 20%. After drying, the sludge is transported out of the drying system by a fully enclosed screw conveyor, and then used for subsequent use through receiving and transferring.
