In an interview with users, it was found that some of the concepts in our products were completely unknown or half-understood. The product page does not explain these terms, or the explanations are too professional to understand what is being said.
It's not just in one product, it's in other products, it's in some situations, even in everyday life. It seems that people focus on visual design, but forget that sometimes text guidance is clearer and more direct than visual guidance.
